If there is an error or other issue associated with your order that is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty, you have 30 calendar days to return the affected item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please log into the account that you created when placing the order. You can access this by going to www.raybestosperformance.com and clicking on the Account or Cart button. From there, find your order, click on “Return items” and fill in the appropriate quantity to return, return reason, return action, and comments, then click on the Submit Return Request button. If you placed your order and checked out as a guest, then you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with that same information.
Upon confirming that the item is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return authorization number and all other necessary information to return your item at our cost. Your item must be in the original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please pack your item securely in the return package. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print and attach this return label to the package.
Once we Receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of days it will take to receive the refund will depend on your credit card issuer’s policies.
